Return or exchange,
  1. Please write either the Product Code (preferred) or the Title of the item you are having problem with, in the description section of this form.
  2. Detailed explanation of problems.
Tracking,
  1. Supply us with a previously given Ticket Number (if given) in the Description box.
  2. Order Number.
Cancellation,
  1. Write down your order number that you wish to cancel only, in the Description box.

* If your current order status is PENDING, you ARE NOT required to send a cancellation request. It will automatically be removed from our systems.

If you would like to order, you must submit the following.
  1. Select "Mail Order" in the Inquiry drop down menu only.
  2. Write either Product Code (preferred) or the product's title. These can be found with their respective detail pages sitewide.
  3. Your Shipping Address. [IMPORTANT]
