Return or exchange,
- Please write either the Product Code (preferred) or the Title of the item you are having problem with, in the description section of this form.
- Detailed explanation of problems.
Tracking,
- Supply us with a previously given Ticket Number (if given) in the Description box.
- Order Number.
Cancellation,
- Write down your order number that you wish to cancel only, in the Description box.
* If you are a wholesale customer, click here.
* If your current order status is PENDING, you ARE NOT
required to send a cancellation request. It will automatically be removed from our systems.
If you would like to order, you must submit the following.
- Select "Mail Order" in the Inquiry drop down menu only.
- Write either Product Code (preferred) or the product's title. These can be found with their respective detail pages sitewide.
- Your Shipping Address. [IMPORTANT]
If you submit incorrect information, there may be a delay or no reply at all. We will not be responsible for such circumstances.
